All pre-orders will be shipped in June.

If your order contains one of the new fragrances NEON MUSK or ULTRAVELVET, the shipment will be in September.

We assume you are now familiar with the pre-order conditions regarding shipping dates. However if you don’t want to wait or you changed your opinion, you can cancel your order and an instant refund will me made.

Shipping courier

En España todos los pedidos se envían con Correos Express, entrega en 24h-48h.

In the rest of the countries, all orders are shipped via UPS Express or Standard, depending on the customer’s country. 

Europe: delivered at your door in 4-5 business days 


United States:
delivered at your door in 24-48h

Rest of the world: delivered at your door in 2-5 business day


Important info about customs.
Please note that orders shipped to some countries may have an additional customs clearance cost that must be paid at delivery. We don’t collect customs fees.

Order tracking

A tracking link will be sent to you by e.mail once the order leaves our warehouse. If you have any problem tracking your order, please email us: hola@avantgarden-lab.com
 

Returns

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened.

 

Faulty products

In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to hola@avantgarden-lab.com

For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. 

Refunds for returned items will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

 

Return procedure

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, avant-garden lab. offers free returns. Please follow the procedure below:

1. E.mail us to hola@avantgarden-lab.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.

2. You will then receive a prepaid return label which you have to print and placed onto the package. If you would like to return your product in another way, avant-garden lab. do not offer compensation for the return fee.

3. Package your return product in avant-garden lab. original primary packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. This is very important, as we won’t accept returns of bad protected products.

4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
